On the 13th of December 2019 (9.00pm) and the 14th of December (6.00pm and 9.00pm) at the Teatro São Luiz there will be three performances of O Cavaleiro da Dinamarca, a ballet in three acts, produced by the Escola Artistica de Dança do Conservatorio Nacional and in collaboration with the Escola de Musica do Conservatorio Nacional.

O Cavaleiro da Dinamarca features original choreography, costumes, and scenery which have been especially created for the piece. Inspired by the writings of Sophia De Mello Breyner Andresen the performance pays homage to her on the centenary of her birthday, in the presence of the Chancellor of the Commission of the Centenary Celebrations and the Nacional Centre of Culture.
